Our expert team evaluates every child at their own pace and through their own strengths, creating a holistic roadmap that brings together individual counseling, group work, and family counseling.

How can I book an appointment?
You can request an appointment through the "Book an Appointment" button at the top of the page, or by writing to us via the contact form or our WhatsApp line. Once we receive your request, we’ll get back to you to schedule a suitable time.
What happens in the first session?
In the first session, we get to know you and your child and assess your needs together. Afterward, if appropriate, we plan the next steps together — individual counseling, testing, or group work.
What age range do you work with?
We work with a wide age range, from early childhood (0–6) through adolescence; some of our tests and counseling services also cover adults. The methods and tests applied are chosen based on the client's age.
How are session frequency and length decided?
Session frequency and length are planned together with your specialist based on your child’s needs, and clarified during the first session.
Are our sessions confidential?
Yes. Our specialists work under the ethical principles of the Turkish Psychological Association and the data privacy obligations under Turkey’s KVKK law. Session content is not shared with third parties — including schools or family members — without your explicit consent, except where required by law or in cases of urgent risk.
How are parents involved in the process?
While your child’s individual sessions remain confidential, you’re kept regularly informed about the process, and you can become an active part of it through our family counseling service.
What kind of partnership do you offer schools?
We offer partnership packages that support a school’s guidance office across the developmental journey from preschool to high school — including parent seminars, student workshops, and regular consultation. See our "For Schools" page for details.
Do you accept SGK or private insurance?
Our center is not contracted with SGK (Turkey’s state insurance). If you have private health insurance, we recommend checking with your insurer whether counseling services are reimbursed against an invoice.
Which tests do you administer?
For children, we administer the WISC-R, Cattell 2A, AGTE, Denver II, Metropolitan School Readiness, Frostig, and D2 Attention tests, along with the Peabody Picture Vocabulary Test; for adolescents and adults, the Beck Depression and Anxiety Inventories, the Exam Anxiety Scale, the 16PF, the Holland Vocational Preference Inventory, and the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale. What should I do if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?
If you need to change your appointment, simply reach out to us via our WhatsApp line as soon as possible, and we’ll plan a new time together that works for you.
